Since 1973, this family owned company in Twinsburg, Ohio has provided an array of industries with machined parts of superior quality. Our modern CNC turning and machining centers coupled with our extensive machining background assures our customers are provided with the utmost in service and reliability.

We are primarily focused on manufacturing production parts from barstock, castings, forgings, and extrusions. We have experience machining carbon and alloy steels, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, and plastics.

NexGen Machine Corp. has five Mazak CNC turning centers with a chucking capacity of 10 inches and a length capacity of 40 inches. Our work envelope on the Fadal vertical machining centers is 40 x 20 x 20 inches.

Secondary equipment would include Bridgeports, drill presses, fully automatic cutoff saw with a 10 inch bar capacity, surface grinders, and a 1 inch bar capacity turret lathe equipped with a 5C collet. We also have reliable sources for heat treating, grinding, and plating in order to supply our customers with “complete” parts.

We can import dxf, dwg, jpg, pdf, and other file formats of your drawings for quoting purposes and production updates as well.
